  • Rehabilitation (and pre-habilitation) for Joint Replacements, Spinal Surgery and ligamentous repairs. These conditions are very easily adaptable to being managed via telerehabilitation modalities.

  • Persistent Pain. Pain is a complex and difficult condition to manage, and requires an interprofessional approach. We will liaise with your GP, specialist and other professionals as required to formulate a specific management program just for you. This will include education, graded activity and specific, non aggravating exercises.

  • Hypermobility Syndrome - patients with hypermobility require individualised strength and exercise programs, as an in depth knowledge of the impact of these conditions on the body is required. We are able to utilise specialised technology to assist in measurement of range of motion as well as design and monitor rehabilitation plans to help you regain your quality of life. these programs can be performed either in clinic or via telerehabilitation modalities.

  • Musculoskeletal injuries. We see many patients with acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Initially an element of hands on treatment is required to provide some pain relief, and improved range of motion, but the best long term outcomes come from patient self management. We want to provide you with the tools to achieve this independently. Through tailored exercise programs and regular reviews, we are able to ensure you stay on track with your recovery. We work closely with a number of specialists to improve long term outcomes from pain medicine procedures such as Radio Frequency Neurotomies, Spinal Cord Stimulators and injections and infusions.

  • Sports Injuries. Whatever level of competition you perform at, we can help to maintain your performance. We utilise functional movement analysis to identify potential areas of dysfunction and correct these through specific drills and rehabilitation protocols.

  • Arthritis Management. As we get older, the potential for arthritic changes to be present within the body increases. this doesn't have to mean debilitating pain. through specific exercises (either in clinics or online) a progressive program can be advantageous in controlling the associated symptoms.

  • Corporate Health Programs. Through a comprehensive movement analysis performed remotely or in person, we are able to identify areas of your day that may be impacting on your performance. We are able to develop a holistic management plan to help achieve a balanced and healthy work and home life.

  • Occupational Health  / Return to work. Have you been injured at work? We are able to liaise with your workplace rehabilitation officer, GP and specialists to ensure a speedy and safe return to work.

  • Falls Prevention & Balance. A comprehensive assessment is performed to identify where changes need to be made for optimal balance rehabilitation. Falls in the elderly are associated with a significant reduction in life expectancy and quality of life

  • Chest Physiotherapy. Patients with Chronic Chest conditions who require physiotherapy management, can be seen in clinic or in their homes for secretion clearance techniques.

  • Walking Aides and Orthopaedic supports. We can prescribe and provide a wide range of walking aides and orthopaedic supports for purchase or hire. Please see our shop for more information.

  • Exercise Programs for improving bone density. As we age and become less active, our bone density can be effected, which can lead to an increased risk of fractures and other complications.
